Nikita, Head Barber & Manager
Born in Moscow, Nikita is also a graffiti artist with a background in engineering.
Always surrounded by creative and eccentric individuals, Nikita fell in love with barbering around 2016 and decided to become a professional barber. Since 2018, he's been participating in competitions, working with celebrities, and styling models for photoshoots.
Nikita enjoys trying new cuisine and exploring Dubai with his wife. He has a curious mind and many interests including World Economics, cryptocurrency, bonsai plants, graffiti, fashion, film photography and yoga.
Vergel, Barber
Vergel comes from the mountains of Baguio City, also known as "the Summer Capital of the Philippines". He graduated with a Bachelors in Marketing and moved to Dubai where he discovered his passion for barbering and customer service.
Vergel is not only a talented and experienced barber, but also a gifted barista. He learnt from the best baristas in town and mastered the art & science of grinding and brewing that perfect cup of specialty coffee at Bô.
Outside work "V" enjoys playing basketball, music, video games and exploring Dubai.
Aykut, Barber
Meet Aykut, our skilled barber from Izmir, Turkey, with 17+ years of experience. He's a man of few words who lets his exceptional haircuts and beard trims do the talking.
Aykut is a top-notch barber known for his precise scissor cuts and traditional straight razor shaves. He's all about quality craftsmanship and dedication to his work.
If you chat with Aykut, you'll find he's passionate about cars and bikes. Otherwise, just sit back, relax, and let his scissors work their magic.
Sergei, Barber
Hailing from Russia, Sergei sees barbering as more than just a craft — to him, it’s an art form. He finds great joy in helping people look their best and seeing their smile after a great cut.
Sergei loves to grow himself personally and professionally - he’s currently learning English to connect with more clients and elevate his craft.
Outside the shop, Sergei loves skateboarding and pretty much anything that gets his heart racing. But most of all he loves moments when he feels like he’s growing — both as a barber and as a person.
Hashem, Barber
Born in Amman, Jordan, Hashem grew up surrounded by the rich history and vibrant culture of one of the Middle East's most captivating cities.
Hashem found his passion in barbering and went on to join Bô Barbershop, where he works alongside some of the best professionals in the business. He enjoys the shop's chill vibe as well as being pushed to sharpen his skills and raise the bar every day by Bô’s discerning customers.
Outside the chair, Hashem enjoys boxing, road trips, driving and exploring new roads, and a good conversation.
Mikael, Barber
Born in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, Mikael grew up shaped by the warmth and hospitality of his culture. Half Greek and half Armenian, he carries that dual heritage with great pride.
Always a creative at heart, Mikael found his calling in barbering — a craft that allows him to bring ideas to life and leave a lasting mark. Beyond the chair, he channels that same creativity into music, constantly exploring new ways to express himself.
Mikael has a deep love for the sea, the sun, and summer — which makes Dubai's bright and vibrant energy a perfect fit.
Mike, Barber
Born in Moldova, Mike grew up with a natural eye for creativity and detail — a quality that shapes both his personal interests and his work behind the chair.
At Bô Barbershop, Michael enjoys being surrounded by skilled barbers who push each other to grow. He is constantly refining his techniques and delivering clean, precise styles tailored to each client. For Mike, barbering is a craft — and the most rewarding part for him is seeing a client walk out of the chair looking and feeling great.
Outside the shop, Michael enjoys watching movies and collecting cards — two passions that reflect his appreciation for storytelling, style, and unique pieces.
Vicky, Assistant
Born in Batangas, in the southern Philippines — a region famous for its bold and robust Kapeng Barako coffee — Vicky brings that same strength and warmth to everything she does.
With nearly 8 years of experience in customer service, Vicky has a genuine passion for welcoming guests and ensuring every visit runs smoothly. At Bô Barbershop, she is the friendly face that keeps appointments flowing and the experience seamless from start to finish.
Outside work, Vicky is an amazing animal lover and loves spending time with her dogs.
Kisa, Assistant
Born in Kampala, Uganda, Kisa grew up surrounded by the warmth, integrity, and vibrant spirit that define his city and culture.
Kisa found his place at Bô Barbershop, where he delivers excellent customer service, crafts great coffee, and ensures every client feels genuinely welcome.
Outside the shop, Kisa is fueled by a wide range of passions including coffee craft, fashion, and intellectual debate. He explores music through beatboxing, jazz, and neo-soul, and is always drawn to spaces where creativity and ideas flow freely.
